between yourself ("you" or "your") and
MyAfroHeritage ("we", "our"; or "us"). It
applies to your use of the website located at
myAfroLove.com.com (the "Website") that
offer interactive relationship services (the "Service" or
"Services"). By visiting or by using, registering or
subscribing to the Services, you agree to all the terms and conditions
of this Agreement.
- MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT
The minimum age requirement is 18 years old. If you are under the age
of 18, you are prohibited to register as a member on this site.
MyAfroHeritage made reasonable efforts not to collect or post
information from children under the age of eighteen. As such
MyAfroHeritage cannot be held responsible for the actions that such a
member may perform while using the services offered by this site.
- USER CONDUCT
You are solely responsible for any content that you submit, post or
transmit via our Service. You may use the Service only for your sole,
personal use. You may not: 1) Use the Service for commercial purposes,
or for commercial solicitation, promotion, advertising or marketing,
solicit money or donation’s of any kind; 2) Impersonate others or
authorize others to use your account; 3) Post or transmit any material
that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, infringing or
violating of any third party’s rights, or otherwise unlawful; 4) Act
in a manner that constitutes a crime or creates civil liability under
any local, state, federal, national or other law or regulation; 5)
Transmit "junk mail," "spam," or "chain
letters" or unsolicited group distribution of email; 6) Violate our
security or the security of any of our affiliates; 7) may denigrate any
ethnic, racial, sexual or religious group by stereotypical depiction or
otherwise; 8) Access files, data or any account without authorization;
9) Disrupt the Service by any means; or 10) Forge any TCP/IP packet
header or any part of the header information in any e-mail or posting.
While using public services like chatting, instant communicator and
writing messages, you may not post your contact details (telephone
number, URL and email address) or other material that contains
offensive, anatomical and/or sexual references. You may not post any
images containing nudity or offensive material on this Website.
For protection of members against such conduct (mentioned above), a
10 message-per-day limited has been imposed on members until the
messages can be reviewed. If the messages do no not violate on the User
Agreement, that member will be able to send messages again the following
day. If the messages are in violation, the member will be blocked from
the service permanently.
- PRICING POLICY
In the event that you agree to participate in any paid Services or
purchase services, you agree to pay the applicable fee as posted. We
reserve the right to charge or change fees for access to elements of the
Service by posting notice of the change on the Website.
All purchases are final. No refund will be given for unused portions
of your subscription period.
Purchaser hereby agrees that subscription privileges are
non-refundable in the event that Purchaser chooses to cancel his/her
membership. Furthermore, no refund will be made in the event of
termination of Purchaser's membership due to a violation of
MyAfroHeritage’s Terms of Use. In that respect, Purchaser hereby
agrees that offensive behavior towards other members or use of foul
language in the chat room, emails to members or in Purchaser's profile
will constitute sufficient grounds for such termination of Purchaser's
membership by MyAfroHeritage.
- TERMINATION
You agree that we, in our sole and unfettered discretion, may
terminate your access to our Service for any reason, including, without
limitation, your breach of these Terms. You agree that any termination
of your access to our Service may be effected without prior notice, and
acknowledge and agree that we may immediately deactivate or delete any
of your accounts and all related information and files in such accounts
and/or bar any further access to such files or our Service. Further, you
agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any
termination of your access to our Service.
If you have registered or subscribed to any Services, you may
terminate your account at any time by using the UN-Register
me facility in member’s control panel. Upon termination, you will
receive an automated confirmation via e-mail that the request was
received, and your access will be terminated. You are responsible for
all monthly fees and charges posted or incurred up until the time the
account is deactivated.
- DISCONTINUANCE OF SERVICE
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue,
temporarily or permanently, any portion of our Service with or without
prior notice. You agree that we will not be liable to you or to any
third party for any modification or discontinuance of our Service.

continued use of the Service following any change will constitute your
binding acceptance of such change. Additionally, we reserve the right to
change or discontinue any elements of the Services, or the entire

many other sites, businesses and service providers, all of whom have
privacy practices independent of MyAfroHeritage. MyAfroHeritage
disclaims any responsibility or liability for any other sites' privacy
policies or activities. Once a Visitor clicks on a link on the
MyAfroHeritage Websites or utilizes or purchases any third party
service or product, Visitor may be entering a relationship with a third
party or another website where MyAfroHeritage' privacy policy does not
apply.

liability to you for any cause whatsoever shall be limited to the amount
paid, if any, by you to MyAfroHeritage for the service during the term
of membership.

You shall cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defense of
