This Privacy Policy applies to both subscribers of services (Members) offered at the MyAfroHeritage Website and visitors to the MyAfroHeritage Website. As used hereafter, the term Visitors; shall include both members and other visitors to the MyAfroHeritage Website.

MyAfroHeritage does not collect the members’ credit cards information and as such does not keep the credit cards information on its database. The members are taken directly to an online credit card processing company called www.CCBILL.com when subscribing for gold membership.

Collection of personal information from Members. In order to access certain member services and restricted areas within the MyAfroHeritage website, MyAfroHeritage requires that members provide certain identifying information requested in an online registration form. This information may include member's legal name, address, telephone number(s), e-mail address, member name or screen name, areas of interest, password and method of payment. MyAfroHeritage reserves the right to request any additional information in establishing and maintaining member's account for use of the restricted services.
